my iFaves is the web browser you want to use for quick access to your favorite websites.

When you launch my iFaves you get a list of your favorites (bookmarks). Pick one and it loads immediately. From there, tap the Next Faves button (star with the arrow) on the right side of the toolbar to quickly navigate to the next site on your list...all with one button.

The heads up display at the top shows you the next site. Keep tapping until the heads up display shows the site you want to go to. Very quick and easy.

Note: If you want to password protect your faves, please purchase Private Faves.

Too hard to enter difficult URLs

It's fast, once you get the faves setup, but there is no was to browse and save the current page. I couldn't figure out how to enter the address for my Hotmail Mobile Inbox and other personalized web pages. There is no help. I like the concept and hope it will become easier to setup.

Very handy

Its feature set is simple, and I wasn't sure how much need I'd have for it. Months later it's on my homescreen and I use it every day.

 Hallelujah!!

Finally an app to have my most accessed fav sites an my fingertips!

AND to salvage precious Home Screen Real Estate! (I have about 30 site specific icons/badges saved on my screens [which is really the preferred way] for sites I access often but I need to delete those to free up ever more valuable screen real estate.)

I was looking for a simple "Favorite Links/Bookmarks List app"** and ran across this, which includes a browser (which isn't even necessary for what I was seeking, but there it is).

Good Things:
1. Nice clear and simple Big Yellow Star icon/badge easy to spot on your screen.
2. HUGE Plus! > Ability to let USER Manually Sort our favs list!!
3. App opens immediately TO Your Favs List and NOT some full page ad that we have to stare at for 10 seconds before we can access our List!
4. Neat tidy interface.

Wish List:
1. Choice of colors for headbar/
background (Cyan, Turquoise, Jade Green, Peach, etc.). I'll give 5 stars for Colors!
2. Make the "Name of Link" font size a wee bit larger.
3. Please make app name with a capital "M" as in "My iFaves" vs "my iFaves." (Can't help myself, I'm from the old school. And does everyone spell Favs as Faves?)
4. Make a version without the browser as I'd actually rather my fav links open in Safari. Or include an Option in Settings where we could choose that.

(I doubt this app will EVER be updated as it is dated April 2009, six months ago, and there is NO Contact Info for dev, not even a name, no link, etc. If you created an app, wouldn't you at least put your name in it? I find this odd.)

Question: The Footer bar has forward/ back symbols but they are greyed out even when on a web page. So what are they for then?

Tip to Other Users: Add a google link as one of your favs in case you need to switch and search for something while in this app.

**For other App Seekers, if you're looking for an app to List your Fav Bookmarks for easy access without a browser included, the only ones I have found so far are:

1) "My Bookmarks" made by French folks but that's OK, you can figure it out :) -- it's a very simple lightweight app (good), nothing fancy (good), and it's fast (good). The only negative is having to stare at the first page ad before you can access your list.

2) "iWebClip" - free and paid versions (bright red icon with big paperclip). It's a good app, you can view your Fav Links in icon/badge form or in List form. But it also makes you stare at a bright red ad page before letting you in the app, which I don't like as it slows me down. Then it opens to the badges vs the text list, which I would prefer the reverse.

Which is why I'll be using this current app, "my iFaves," as I want to IMMEDIATELY get to my list of links WITHOUT an ad between me and them.

Thank you!
